Service Description

"There is always a way to do something, it's my job to figure one out." Anyone can practice yoga, no matter how differently abled one is. Practicing yoga on a consistent basis Increases strength, balance & flexibility and establishes the mind body connection necessary for healing – both mental and physical. We can create an exercise program geared toward helping you remain functional in your daily activities which is a key part of rehabilitation.
